The objective of this project is to recognize the realization of specific projects, based on the experience and knowledge gained during attendance at any of the IAP symposia, which have generated or are generating a positive impact on the institutions where each participant conducts their professional activities.
The project contributes to the IAP's objectives: learning from exceptional experiences and building a strong community with the responsibility of improving our institutions based on what we have learned, experienced, and exchanged with our colleagues.
The submitted projects are reviewed by an ad hoc Academic Evaluation Council, which proposes candidates deserving of recognition as IAP Transformation Agents, entailing a full scholarship for registration to participate in the upcoming IAP cohorts.
In the context of this initiative, launched for the first time by the IAP in October 2023, participants were invited to join the project by completing the corresponding online application, under the guidelines published on this website. They were encouraged to provide relevant information about the significance and positive impact resulting from the execution of their respective projects.
Among the received projects, the Academic Evaluation Council established for this purpose, granted three Commendations; each Commendation includes a Certificate of Recognition as a Transformative Agent issued by IAP-UAM-DRCLAS, along with a travel grant in the upcoming IAP calls for its Research Symposia (2024 or 2025).
After a meticulous review of each application and, in accordance with the criteria detailed in the call's guidelines, the Academic Evaluation Council has selected as winners of this call:
