Schedule: Courses typically run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a lunch break from approximately 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. On the final day, sessions will conclude at 12:30 PM (Boston time). Participants who attend all sessions will receive a certificate of participation. Please note that the schedule may be subject to adjustments based on session requirements.
* Participation Fee: The fee includes tuition, academic materials, Institutional
visits, a Certificate of Participation, and coffee breaks.
Participants from partner institutions with active
collaboration agreements receive priority in seat allocation,
research project participation and may benefit from special
conditions.
Travel and Accommodation: Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodation. It is highly recommended to book flights and accommodations in advance, as availability tends to fill up quickly.To protect against unforeseen events, participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance for their airline tickets.
Hotel Discounts: Occasionally, special hotel discount rates may be available for IAP participants.

reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course or program if the minimum required enrollment is not achieved by the close of the registration period or if unforeseen circumstances prevent the program’s delivery as planned. In the event of a cancellation, the IAP will notify registered participants as early as possible and proceed to refund the amounts already paid, strictly limited to the registration or tuition fees. Please note that the IAP will not refund any accommodation or travel-related expenses and shall bear no further liability or obligation for any additional expenses incurred.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Full refund: Cancellations submitted within 7 days of acceptance and more than 42 days before the program starts are eligible for a full refund. Partial refund: Cancellations submitted more than 42 days before the program start date, but after the 7-day grace period, are subject to a cancellation fee of 250 €. Late cancellations: Cancellations submitted between 22 and 41 days before the program begins are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the program fee. Last-minute cancellations: Cancellations received 21 days or fewer before the start of the program are non-refundable. Force majeure: In the event of cancellation due to documented force majeure circumstances, requests for refunds or deferral will be reviewed individually. Where appropriate, and subject to availability, participants may be offered the opportunity to defer attendance to a future edition of the program.
